You'll hear a different thing from the other tracks: the story talks about a difficult relationship between a moral masochist (from which "Most Chiral Soma") and an escort that shows a fake love, which is the most different person the guy could meet (this is the meaning of the title). Listen carefully at this SAD lyric, it could cause side effects.
